Guatemala requires a current rabies vaccination, a government-endorsed veterinary health certificate issued within 10 days of travel, and a zoosanitary import permit from MAGA. Microchip recommended. Documents should be in Spanish. MAGA inspects animals on arrival at La Aurora International Airport (GUA) Guatemala City.
