Official Import Rules

Belize requires a current rabies vaccination (at least 30 days old), a government-endorsed veterinary health certificate issued within 10 days of travel, and an import permit from BAHA. Microchip recommended. The health certificate must certify the dog is free from infectious diseases and has had internal and external parasite treatment. Arrival through Philip Goldson International Airport (BZE) Belize City.
