Restrictions
Do not treat Sichuan as a normal international cabin-pet option. The airline says live animals normally need checked handling, and it currently does not accept interline live-animal transport. Transit passengers who need pet transport may have to book one direct segment, collect the pet at the stopover and recheck it. Pets under 6 months, unsuitable breeds including short-nosed dogs or fighting breeds, unsuitable crates and routes exceeding aircraft limits can be refused.
